apparently my mom watched all of it and made fun of the fact that the american reporters didnt focus on the biggest stars in asia, and only went to a few renowned stars XD;;;

and i noticed the canadian translator must be a cantonese person, cuz i lol'ed hard at the pronounciation (no hard feelings to the cantonese, but they really should have picked a mandarin person cuz its the ain dialogue)

I dunno if it's me or something, but the ending song kinda reminded me of DragonHeart...

I wanted to cry seeing that flame go out. :C I always get a little depressed when the Olympics end, despite the fact that I know there will be another one soon. And while the ending wasn't as OMGflashy as the openings, it nevertheless was spectacular.
